Riaaj Vintage is a brand of Thrifted Vintage AAA Impex Private Limited, a registered exporter based in India. This policy explains how we ship your order.

Where We Ship From

All orders are packed and dispatched from India.

Where We Ship To

We ship worldwide, including the United Kingdom, all European Union countries and Australia. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will check for you.

Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Indian public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days after dispatch to the UK, EU and Australia. Delivery times are estimates, and customs checks or courier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is charged per order at a flat rate, with a faster express option. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay. The shipping fee includes import duty; import VAT is not included (see below).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duty is included in the shipping fee you pay at checkout, so you will not pay any customs duty on delivery.

Import VAT (or GST in Australia) is not included: it is charged by your country and is paid by the customer to the courier or customs authority when the parcel arrives. If a parcel is refused because import VAT was not paid, return shipping and any charges incurred will be deducted from any refund.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders are shipped by courier or freight depending on size. Delivery time and freight cost for bulk orders are confirmed with you before dispatch, along with the commercial invoice and export documents.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos (for damage). We will work with the courier to resolve it, and if the parcel is confirmed lost we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
