Ordering & Delivery

  • Where is my parcel? Look for the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. The email will also include the courier company (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD) used to send your parcel. Track your order by copying and pasting the tracking number into the courier's website. If the information is not helpful, please contact us at mailto:customersupport@riaajvintage.com.

Payments

  • My payment was declined, what should I do? Don't worry, it's usually a simple fix!

    • Double-check your billing information. Make sure the address on your order matches the one linked to your card, and all card numbers are entered correctly.
    • If everything looks good, contact your bank to see if your card has been restricted.

  • Can I change or cancel an order? Contact us ASAP at mailto:[email address removed] to modify or cancel an order. We process orders quickly, and some may be shipped within minutes. Unfortunately, we cannot change anything once the parcel is dispatched.

  • Do I need an account to order? Nope! You can order as a guest or create an account.

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.

  • What currencies do you accept? We accept GBP, Euro, and USD.

About Riaaj Vintage

  • Do you have a physical store? Not yet, but we host regular pop-up shops! Follow us on social media for updates on upcoming events.

  • How often do you upload new stock? We upload new vintage treasures every working day, usually between 6pm and 7pm. Check our social media for updates!

  • I forgot my login details. No worries! Click "Forgotten Your Password" on the sign-in page and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link.

  • How do you ensure your items are authentic? We source from trusted and certified vintage clothing wholesalers. Each item is hand-checked to guarantee authenticity. Anything not authentic will be clearly marked as a "bootleg" in the product description.

  • What's a bootleg? Bootlegs are replicas of designer items not made by the original brand. We may carry vintage bootlegs, but these will always be clearly marked.

  • What kind of vintage clothing do you sell? We offer a wide range of authentic vintage items from the 80s, 90s, and early 00s. Find popular brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Nike, Adidas, and more!
