• We do not guarantee brand authenticity unless mentioned

• Sizes are approximate due to age and style differences

4. Pricing & Billing

• All prices are listed in your selected currency (GBP, EUR, INR, USD etc.).

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Discounts, promotional codes, and bulk pricing are valid only during the active campaign period.

• Wholesale prices may differ from retail pricing and depend on availability, grade, and volume.

5. Orders & Confirmation

Once you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email

• Orders cannot be modified after dispatch

• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order suspected of fraud, duplicate accounts, or incorrect information

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability depends on your location.

• Fake or incomplete COD orders may result in account restriction

• Additional COD charges may apply based on your delivery region

• Customers must ensure they are available to receive the order

Repeated COD refusals may result in blocking COD for your account.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because of the unique and personalized nature of vintage clothing, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy except in the following cases:

• Wrong item received

• Major undisclosed damage

• Parcel lost in transit (confirmed by the courier)

To request help, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.

Wholesale, mystery boxes, handpick sessions and graded bundles are non-returnable and non-refundable.

9. Handpick Sessions

By booking a handpick session (live call, WhatsApp, or in-warehouse):

• You agree to the pricing, grade information, and product condition shown

• Once selected and confirmed, items are non-exchangeable

• Booking confirmation or video selection acts as proof of acceptance

10. Content, Media & Copyright

All website content — photos, videos, descriptions, logos, branding — belongs to Riaaj Vintage and cannot be:

• Copied

• Sold

• Displayed publicly

• Used for advertising without our written permission

Screenshots of handpick sessions are also confidential.

11. Website Usage

By visiting our website, you agree not to:

• Scrape data, images, or pricing

• Attempt unauthorised access

• Upload harmful code, malware, or bots

• Use the brand name for impersonation or fake accounts

Violation will result in legal action.
