Vintage clothing is unique by nature — each piece has its own history, character, and wear pattern. Because of this, we follow a transparent, fair, and practical return policy designed to protect both our customers and our quality standards.
We do not offer returns or refunds on:
Wholesale lots / bulk bales
Handpick sessions (video/WhatsApp selections)
Made-to-order or custom reworked items
Mixed vintage bundles selected during a live call
These orders are curated or selected in real-time. Customers have the opportunity to inspect items via video, ask questions, and confirm choices before purchasing.
Because grading, conditions, and categories are clearly shown during selection, all wholesale and handpick sales are final and non-refundable.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
Items must reach us within 28 days of receiving your order
Item Condition
Returned items must be:
Unused and unwashed
In the same condition as delivered
With original tags/labels intact
If items are received with additional wear, damage, or stains, the return will be declined.

Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only and do not include original postage.
Once your return is received and inspected:

Store credit or exchanges will be issued sooner, depending on availability
If for any reason we receive items back that were not included in your original order, we have the right to exclude these from your refund.
